This place looked like an abandoned building at first. Then when we went in the body piercing guy wasn't there so we were told to come back in 30 -45 min. 1 hour later we returned and he still wasn't there. On top of everything they didn't want to even acknowledge us when we came through the door even though we were the only ones there! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, AND RUDE!

I waited 3 1/2 hours for a tattoo and Lonnie was still not done with it. It was nothing too big or too complex but still took 3 1/2 hours to draw with no success. I just left the place.

I went to the new store on 410 and Perrin Beitel and I was so impressed with the staff and cleanliness! Everyone was friendly and professional. My tattoo artist James was awesome! He is a brilliant artist and I will continue to get my tattoos and refer who ever I can to him!
